If the age you listed is true, then making mistakes comes with the territory. Young & dumb go together.
However, if you are truly an artist and not just another DA tourist, you would understand that you are dealing with artists, who are very protective about their work and why people would be so upset.
I don't even know all the facts of the story so I give you the benefit of doubt. But if what you say is true and you copied it with pencil, you should have asked first. They/he/she created it first. I do fan art of fellow DA work, but I don't start until they say it's okay.
Hope you've learned something and maybe soon people will forgive and forget.

Do your own art! If you are a real artist you don't have to steal from others...
Just do what you know to do and never steal again.
You know, you will lost the trust of the people.
Also you can get BANNED.
Just look inside and you and learn that you can do your own things. Don't lie to yourself.
